The staff and accommodations far exceeded my expectations. Gavin at Encounter was very helpful and patient with our many questions and concerns. My wife and I did a tour with Encounters Travel in July 2023. We had an amazing experience. Our tour Guide - Ayman Kenawy - was very knowledgeable. He did his best to explain and share history, culture and customs of the area. We could not have enjoyed our tour without Ayman.

Great tour guide in Egypt!

We traveled to Jordan and Egypt! Great experience but what made it unforgettable was our tour guide, Ayman, in Egypt. He was so knowledgeable, educated, funny but overall a nice, good person!! If I was to ever go back to Egypt, I would definitely ask for him as my tour guide!! 5 stars for him!!!
