Pre-tour booking was very good. I would have liked to receive the flight information sooner and also details about the local tour company (eg Hajjat Tour). Airport meet and greet was great- on time and helpful! Itinerary was well-planned; great value. We often had lunch together. Maybe include lunch and guide gratuity in price. Hotel rooms were reasonable but needed signficant updates. The bathrooms were also not as functional as …

Communication prior to the tour was poor, received no reply to one of my queries, was very disappointed that transfers were not included as I arrived the day before the tour started. The hotel in Amman was disorganised and staff not as helpful as elsewhere. My room was dirty. At the hotel in Petra, toilet didn't flush, felt very dirty. Also wish we didn't eat at big roadside tourist buffets. …

I think Petra should start earlier and tourist should be better prepared to be hassled by vendors, more time spent in Wadi Rum. I thought Khalid did a great call by moving the Dead Sea to the first day rather then the last.

Airport meet and greet was good. Itinerary was a bit too fast paced. No hot water and bad food at Wadi Rum Bedouin Camp. The tour was excellent value for money. The highlight was the Roman site of Jerash.

Driver service was average– did not respect boundaries for guests. Airport pickup was average– was not at gate. Petra and Salt were highlights– should have stayed two days at Petra! Excellent tour overall and would definitely recommend. Very good value for money.
