The program was very good but accommodation in Petra was very bad, meals were very bad everywhere (except Wadi Rum), we were very poorly informed about the day activities, we had to ask constantly what time we are leaving, how much time we have for using the wash-room and so on.

We recently returned from the Ancient Encounters itinerary (Egypt & Jordan). The Egypt portion of the itinerary felt rushed and exhausting with multiple 4 am wake up calls. We did the Jordan & Egypt Express tour. The Jordan part was very nice, smooth organisation, no issues faced, all good and clear since day 1. This trip exceeded our expectations.
