Anthony was very helpful when we added on days in Jordan both before and after our tour and also offered border crossing advice. We'd definitely use Encounters Travel again.

I arrived in Turkey a day prior to the tour,stayed in the same hotel,but unfortunately was not able to get a transfer from the hotel to the airport? Apparently, company policy, really??

Outstanding professionalism!

Khalifa met us at the Cairo airport, and we immediately felt welcomed and at ease. Although we had planned on checking into our hotel, Khalifa wisely advised us to immediately head to the pyramids to avoid the intense heat of the noon day sun, and we welcomed this type of guidance throughout the time we spend with Encounter. Just back from Sudan after visiting the land of the Nubian Pharaohs (Meroe, Jebel Barkal, Old Dongola, Khartoum, etc). Amazing!!

Before leaving the UK, Encounters Travel were amazing to deal with, having postponed the holiday from the year previous all arrangements were remade without any worries from ourselves.
